At Layla’s Peak, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- You must request the return within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- In the original packaging (including any jewelry boxes, pouches, and tags)
- For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on earrings that show signs of wear or damage.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service at [service@laylapeak.com/contact form] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- You will receive instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.
- Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but usually take 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.
